Shipping policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL*** Due to the hygiene nature and high demand of our products, all sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return due to wrong item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All deliveries require a signature.

Return to Sender Shipments

All products sold on this website ship with signature; Someone must be at the delivery address to sign for the package. After 1-3 attempts, our shipping carrier will return the package back to our facilities at an additional cost to us. Return to sender packages may incur a flat restock fee of $35. Once your return is received, we will process your return and issue a store credit to you that can be used at your convenience.

Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders- Cany Hair is not responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments. Cany Hair is also not responsible for the installation of the products purchased on our website.

All returns and return to shipper shipments will incur a flat restock fee of $35. All shipping and Route Insurance costs are non-refundable

Expenses associated with hair installation-Cany Hair is not responsible for any costs related to hair installations, takedowns, re-installations, cancellations, of the products on our website.

If you are unable to pickup/or sign for your package and it sent us back to us you will be responsible for all of the shipping fees required to ship the goods back to you.



European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
